T-Hex is a hexapod with 4 DOF per leg. Mech inspired body design. Running a modified version of the Phoenix V2.0 written by Jeroen Janssen (aka Xan). The onboard program runs on a Basic Atom Pro 28 mcu from Basic Micro. Just a little demo of T-hex moving and walking around. Sorry for the bad video quality from my old mobile phone. I’ll post something better later.

For more information on this build check out our forum. http://www.lynxmotion.net/viewtopic.php?t=5224 This video shows how we take advantage of the hip servos to add panning to the guns. It can still walk with the guns off center.

I finally finished the update for this video. I created another version of the sound fx, I added the cloth banner, better particle smoke, and hopefully a better composite. For more information on this piece check out my website: http://www.graysonchalmers.com/html/dread.php
I really hope you enjoy. Feedback is always welcome!

For more information on this build check out our forum. http://www.lynxmotion.net/viewtopic.php?t=5224 The torso servo is a 475, were replacing it with a 645 to stop the oscillations. The BRAT as a base makes this almost too easy. Walking, torso, guns and laser pointer are all controlled from the Bot Board II / Basic Atom Pro and the wireless PS2 controller.

First Test of working guns/cannons on the X-BRAT project. Notice the small ammo hopper that was sticky taped on falls off at the end. This video is not meant to show shooting accuracy only that the guns are now working.
More to follow!
