Robots

I bought my robosapen v1 2 years ago I used it alot then when I turned It on it sarted to make a buzzing noise and all the move ments were slowing down I was about to go on holiday I thought the problem was because of dead batterys so i went on holiday and forgot about it then a year since i got it i used it again same thing so i went to buy new batterys for the remote aswell once they were ini tunred on the robosapien it still made the buzzing noise i then turned it off then i tried to then turn it back on it would not turn on. i emailed wowwe they said sand down the battery terminal i did that still would not work so i left it for about a day and a half and it turned on but it just lifted its arms up and stopped it did not even make the waking up sound i tried to give it differnet commands and the remote was on but the robosapien was not responding i turned it off again and turned it on then it did not want to turn on . so now it just does not want to
start any help what i can do or were my robosapien could get fixed i live in south africa cape town.

i think its broke and and you should sell it for the money and get a new one.
