"Humanoid" merely means "shaped like a human." It does not mean that a humanoid figure has to have the EXACT proportions of a human being. Heck, not even all humans have a ratio of "seven heads" tall. Is a child not human?

But, it means that there are two upper limbs, two lower limbs, a head on the top of the shoulders. It may even extend to two eyes and a mouth below the nose, but that may be too limiting.
References :
Designer, Illustrator and Desktop Publisher for over 30 years

With the terrestrial humanoids just have fun with it, and then, with the aquatic ones, give them features to help them move around quickly in the water.

And some way to breath.
References :
Roughly 5 to seven heads high, two arms, two legs. Sorry. That's just the Aquatic ones. I'd draw them without hair, if at all possible, and possibly scales on their arms and legs especially. Maybe even gills (slits) on the sides of their necks.

For the terrestrial humanoids, look up Tharks -- the Edgar Rice Burroughs 4-armed green martians. Base their bodies on them. Since these are terrestrial humanoids, they probably have more human-like faces than the Tharks do,

A humanoid is anything which looks roughly human. So start with a human body and change it either as indicated or as you like.
References :
http://www.erbzine.com/mag13/1390.html
