My son wants a 3′ tall robosapien for christmas. At least this is how big he says it is. My husband seems to think its blue. Does anyone know what they’re talking about? I haven’t seen anything blue when I google it.

well the robosapien is that you are talking about is robosapien rs media. and ill tell you it is battery hungry. it uses 6d cell batteries or 4aa batteries. and it is not blue but it is grey and orange. if you want to buy it it comes for 299$. thnx

has anyone bought the new Robosapien V2 robot? is it any good? should i buy it for myself? im 29 and like my gadgets.

Yep – I got one as soon as they came out a year ago – VERY GOOD, GET ONE.

Looks really cool, does loads of stuff (although the walking is a bit hap-hazard) and displays really well.

Things to be aware of:
- LOTS of batteries needed
- The packaging is REALLY HARD to get into (took me a good 20mins to ‘free’ him)

I’m not sure if you are in the UK, but if you are there is a toyshop called ‘The Entertainer’, they are selling them for £100

As for the age thing – WHO CARES !!!!
You should see the stuff (Star Wars, Star Trek, LOTR etc) that I have bought for myself – If you like get it !!!!!!!!

has anyone got a robosapien or know about them?im thinking of getting my cousin one for christmas,but i dunno weather it will be 10 minutes fun then thats it?what do it do,is it any good?

NO!! my little brother has it and its a worthless peice of junk! it barely does anything!

I bought the new one this year and it seems to be better than last years model.Not sure about the batteries.

Sorry if this bothers some of you, it bothers me and that’s why I’m asking this. This deals with a perverse/adult subject.

My brother got a Robosapien robot for Christmas and well….here’s the sick part…..he wants to "teach" it to….satisfy him manually with it’s hands.

God that’s sick! Sorry. Can he actually teach it to do that to him?

i was checking out robosapien at walmart … it looks cool but all i really want to know is can that thing carry a beer?

i want it to be a x mas gift my finacee i just need to serve beer my finacee has a man room in the house just filled with his junk and stuff I thought this would be a nice addition if it can carry a beer………
i saw it at walmart….

a beer would be kina heavy for it….plus it sways back and forth as it walk….. its a great robot for entertainment purposes… the most i ever got it to pick up was a rubber ball… other things seemed to be too heavy…. plus i grew tired of the robot after a few days… bu it can do tons of other things like giv a hi 5, whistle at a girl, dance, throw things, fart, karate, etc. lol
