as far as the hotspot thing goes i hope mobile operators(particularly verizon) relent and allow it for free like they did/do on the palm pre not that it matters cause if they dont the good folks at XDA-dev will put it right back in.

Froyo on Nexus …
Froyo on Nexus ROCKS! The tethering and hotspot is really cool.
You can setup you Nexus as a “Hotspot” and get internet on your laptop or any other wifi device. Love the Android open platform.

accually android is prolly the better system for devs since you can make a free app with ad support so that people can share the app all they want and you still get some cash for advertising.
or do a cheap paid app and stick some ads in it and if it gets pirated you still get money from people playing it .
done the right way ads dont have to be anoying like advertising between levels.
